Every employee we came into contact with during our time there seemed like they didn't want to work there and often forgot our simple requests. To be honest, I can't believe I paid for horrible customer service. The 3 employees at Cafe Palmetto check-in weren't friendly. When we got to the pool area, ALL available cabanas were extremely dirty (table, couches, floors). We choose a cabana and it took a long time to flag someone down to clean it. A female employee (maybe manager) who even saw me check in came over and asked what we were doing in the cabana. I told her I paid for one and asked if we could have someone clean it up and she said "Sure." She completely forgot. I had to flag someone else down, by this point a little annoyed at how long it took. We ordered food at the bar which took almost 40 mins until we received it. We saw that the other cabana had an employee taking their drink and food orders, while no employee offered to take ours. Although, one employee offered to get us waters which he completely forgot until I had to ask again. I've worked in customer service for a while and can understand it can get busy and you can forgot but there were barely any people at the pool. I'm pretty patient and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was definitely disappointing.

The shape of the pool creates separate areas so you don't feel you are in a crowded pool.
